I recently moved up from Florida and I needed to have the oil changed on my Mini Cooper. I was referred to Killians and was so pleasantly surprised by how I was treated and how awesome the place was. Their customer service is superior. Service Manager Sean gave me the option of waiting to have my oil changed. He said I could wait longer. Who does that? I decided to have it changed for my peace of mind. I am going back in a week to have 4 new tires installed that I knew I needed. Their prices are more than fair and I am 101% happy with the way I was treated. Jackie who works in bookeeping even took time to come sit with me and we talked about my car and other things. Go to Killians you will not be disappointed.

My tail light went out.  I called Killian to “work me in” they had me in and out in 15 minutes.  They checked my tires too.  

The service at Killian is exceptional. I own a F450 and they are one of the very few that can work on a large commercial truck.  My last appointment with Killian involved a failed sensor, they went through my truck with “a fine tooth comb” I had two front bald tires replace and they even made arrangements to have my truck detailed for me from a second party vendor.

I forgot to mention my bill was only $11.35 for the taillight

Our radiator cracked and spluttered to death on the 20, within an hour Triple A had us at Killian automotive. What a GREAT organisation of mechanics. Even though they were slammed they understood our need to get back to Chattanooga same day and put two mechanics on our van and made sure we were back on the road before 5! We dearly wish that KILLIAN AUTOMOTIVE had a shop here in Chattanooga. They were friendly efficient and gracious… TEN STARS!!! And they had complimentary water! Life saving in a hot day like today

Great customer service. They also take pictures of the work they are doing or the general inspection of your car. Many car places will give you a laundry list of repairs that your car needs and make them all sound urgent – just so they can make $ immediately. I hate those type of scare tactics. At Killian, they advise you of upcoming items to be aware of, but inform you that you do not need this yet. I like that I know what is coming, but they tell me I should get XX amount of miles or time before I need it.

I had a check engine light that kept coming on. After inspecting they found I needed new spark plugs. When they tried to change them one broke off. They were going to have to put a new head on. Which was going to cost alot of money. Cain Rappaport (one of the mechanics) didn’t give up on getting that plug out. After much work on his part he was finally able to remove the plug. He saved me ALOT of money. I can’t Thank them enough.

Sean was GREAT. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken care of and that everything went smoothly with moving my car to a dealership due to recalls. I really appreciated feeling like my situation mattered and that I didn’t need to freak out when not knowing much about cars. I highly recommend this shop.
