Excellent service. Very professional and personable. While observing social distancing expectations (including sanitizing car keys and interior of car), they were great in their interactions with me as a customer . Special appreciation to Darryl, who carefully and clearly explained what was found with my tires and the alignment concerns. High recommendations!!! They deserve “Best of Canton” and ought to get “Best of Cherokee County” recognition

Killian’s Automotive took a very challenging situation with our vehicle and handled it with professionalism and excellence at their own expense and time. Our vehicle runs perfect now. We appreciate the owner, Tim and the GM, Darryl, for going above and beyond what any other would have done to tackle our challenging issue. They made it right and they handled with excellence. Would highly recommend.

The team at Killian is the best. We had a power steering issue with our daughter’s car and when she was away to college a part failed. (Not at all Killian’s fault, just a bad part). They warranted everything with the repair shop in SC. Great service and highly recommend. They have been serving all of our vehicles.

Daryl was very professional and kept me updated on progress as it occurred. They stood behind the quote given for the necessary repairs to my 2006 F-250 6.0 Super Duty work vehicle. I would highly recommend them for any Diesel issues that happen. It is hard to find an experienced Diesel mechanic in Cherokee County. Trust me, I have tried for years. This is the only shop I will use for all my business and personal vehicles.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, and when we found that my car would need to be in for a few days they had me in a rental and on with my day in less than half an hour. They quoted me an initial amount, and then when I returned they said they had found the parts needed for a better price and so I paid less. They could have easily never told me, and made $100 extra, but they were honest and kind. All those experiences combined allowed me to leave with a sense of peace that I have found a company I can trust, and will gladly return to.

Great Costumer service And the most important thing. Honesty, am been trying lot mechanics around canton area and is very hard to find a good honest mechanic around. Here , after they do repairs on my Silverado leaking oil between motor and transmission , and after I drove my truck to make sure everything is good , am very happy , they do good job , Thank you very much .👊🏻

I was able to get an appointment the very next day after calling. I was greeted by both Shawn and Tim. They got to work on my car right away and finished my service faster than promised. Good guys doing great work. I plan to bring my cars back to them when they need servicing.

I’ve had my car repaired at Killian’s twice, both at a moments notice to repair botched jobs from the previous auto shop I used. Each time they quickly isolated the issue, repaired them timely and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Not once did they try to up sell me which is refreshing. Top notch customer service!

We had a dead battery with our car in our garage. AAA came and jump-started it. I looked online for local mechanics and came across Killian, which had hundreds of excellent reviews. I called and was told to come on down. We were in and out within 30 minutes, and were given an unexpected AAA discount on our new battery. We called our dealership earlier, who told us after we described the noise while attempting to start the car, “that sounds like the alternator.” Nope! Thanks, Killian for saving us a lot of time and money. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this very professional and family owned business. Thank you!

First time customer and really enjoyed the entire process from start to finish. I liked the fact that I was able to borrow their rental car for the day, which made it very convenient for me. I also live very close so dropping off and picking up my car was very easy and quick. I also liked how professional the entire staff was and how Shawn explained in detail my bill and what it would cost me. All in all I’m very please with everything and will bring my car back again. Thank you.

Called and spoke with Todd about bringing my truck in on a Thursday morning with an engine issue. Dropped it off late Thursday and got a call with the diagnosis early Friday morning and it was ready to be picked up Friday afternoon. Very impressed with the turn around especially being so close to the holidays. Highly recommend.

Killian's Automotive had treated me right every time I've been there. The customer service has always been friendly, and the waiting area is really nice; better than some dealerships in the area.They've got a "VIP Card" that pays for itself easily over oil changes and tire rotations, which is what I use.Note they work by appointment, so be sure you call a few days ahead to plan your service.

I’m always weary when it comes to who we go to for vehicle repairs. We’ve had some poor experiences. I received multiple recommendations and they spoke so highly about Killian Automotive. So, we decided to check it out. I can now confirm and recommend them personally! They have excellent customer service! They were incredibly precise and thorough with their examination of our vehicle. They were patient with all of my questions- and detailed in their explanation of the problems and solutions. I never thought I would use the word “love” while describing an automotive shop- BUT we LOVED our experience with Killian Automotive and would highly recommend them. If you want great customer service and trustworthy vehicle care, this is the place.

Our radiator cracked and spluttered to death on the 20, within an hour Triple A had us at Killian automotive. What a GREAT organisation of mechanics. Even though they were slammed they understood our need to get back to Chattanooga same day and put two mechanics on our van and made sure we were back on the road before 5! We dearly wish that KILLIAN AUTOMOTIVE had a shop here in Chattanooga. They were friendly efficient and gracious... TEN STARS!!! And they had complimentary water! Life saving in a hot day like today
